If Beaufort has a category 1 or 2 hurricane, you will not be required to evacuate. But, you may be in need of a shelter. Check out Beaufort County's web site information on area shelters. PLEASE NOTE: BEAUFORT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IS NOT A SHELTER. If the area is required to evacuate, Beaufort Memorial Hospital will follow a pre-determined evacuation plan. You may check with the hospital’s Safety Director at 522-5602 if you have questions about patient evacuation.

Beaufort Memorial Hospital's Keyserling Cancer Center is affiliated with Duke University Health System to offer area residents the latest cancer treatments close to home.
